Mystical Roses
Imparted to St Gertrude by Our Blessed Lord Himself.
For Sinners and Souls in Purgatory
The prayer is said on a normal rosary.
Our Lord told St Gertrude the Great, that this prayer would release 1000 souls from Purgatory each time it is said.
It has been extended to include living sinners also.
Begin with the Apostles Creed, One Our Father, Three Hail Mary’s and a Glory be to the Father
On each Large Bead: say the Our Father On each small Bead : Say the following:
Eternal Father, I offer thee the Most Precious Blood of thy Divine Son, Jesus, in union with the Masses said today for all the Holy Souls in Purgatory, for sinners every where, for sinners in the universal church, those in my own home, and in my family. Amen.
At the end of each decade:
Most Sacred Heart OF Jesus, open the hearts and minds of sinners to the truth and the light of God the Father. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for the conversion of sinners and the world.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. As it was in the beginning, is now, and ever will be, world without end. Amen.
Repeat the above prayers for each decade, beginning with an Our father on the large beads.
